∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Clinical and Counseling in psychology with all necessary skills and training.
∎ Always respects and observes staff regulations and security rules.
∎ Always represents the LWW in a professional manner.
∎ Develops and maintains a pleasant and conducive working environment with colleagues and line managers.
∎ Performs all duties with the highest level of confidentiality in the interest of the employees and the LWW.
∎ May be asked to perform tasks not covered in this job description and to provide support to other departments when necessary.
∎ Willing to travel outside of Dhaka for different project.
∎ University degree in clinical/counselling psychology with all necessary counselling skills training (students are strongly discouraging to apply).
∎ Fluent English (both written and oral).
∎ Computer skills .
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provides MHPSS (Mental Health and Psychosocial Support) activities through one-on-one consultations or group counselling.
∎ Arrange training and events organized.
∎ Contributes to monthly reports.
∎ Plans the resources needed to implement the program.
∎ Helps develop video content and translates psychological tools.
∎ Contributes to video recording and publishing.
∎ Manages social media to increase the organization's page coverage:
∎ Posts online and in groups.
∎ Writes and edits content as needed.
∎ Attends phone calls and messages.
∎ Prepares and arranges trainings and events.
∎ Handles clients and guests professionally.
∎ Follows up on all work-related messages and correspondence with relevant contacts and departments.
∎ Takes responsibility for their own professional learning and development.
