    • Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology
  • Clinical/counseling in psychology.

Skills Required: Computer skill,Reporting and Documentation

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Clinical and Counseling in psychology with all necessary skills and training.
  • Always respects and observes staff regulations and security rules.
  • Always represents the LWW in a professional manner.
  • Develops and maintains a pleasant and conducive working environment with colleagues and line managers.
  • Performs all duties with the highest level of confidentiality in the interest of the employees and the LWW.
  • May be asked to perform tasks not covered in this job description and to provide support to other departments when necessary.
  • Willing to travel outside of Dhaka for different project.
  • University degree in clinical/counselling psychology with all necessary counselling skills training (students are strongly discouraging to apply).
  • Fluent English (both written and oral).
  • Computer skills .


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provides MHPSS (Mental Health and Psychosocial Support) activities through one-on-one consultations or group counselling.

  • Arrange training and events organized.

  • Contributes to monthly reports.

  • Plans the resources needed to implement the program.

  • Helps develop video content and translates psychological tools.

  • Contributes to video recording and publishing.

  • Manages social media to increase the organization`s page coverage:

  •  Posts online and in groups.

  •  Writes and edits content as needed.

  • Attends phone calls and messages.

  • Prepares and arranges trainings and events.

  • Handles clients and guests professionally.

  • Follows up on all work-related messages and correspondence with relevant contacts and departments.

  • Takes responsibility for their own professional learning and development.
