Core Technical Skills (Must-Have)

• Expert-level knowledge of React.js, including Hooks, Context API, and component-based architecture

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript & skilled in Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and other contemporary UI frameworks

• Deep understanding of responsive design, browser compatibility, and web accessibility (WCAG)

• Proven experience converting Figma/XD/Sketch designs into pixel-perfect components

• Capable of building dynamic, high-performance Single-Page Applications (SPAs)

• Familiarity with state management tools such as Redux or Zustand

• Solid understanding of MongoDB or related NoSQL databases

• Working knowledge of Node.js and Express.js for backend operations

• Experience with RESTful API integration and asynchronous data handling using Axios/Fetch

• Proficient with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab) and basic CI/CD concepts

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with React Native for mobile applications

• Familiarity with animation libraries (e.g., Framer Motion, GSAP)

• Understanding of design systems and reusable UI component structures

• Knowledge of Docker or containerized development environments

Job Context

We are looking for skilled MERN Stack Developers with a strong focus on front-end development. You will build clean, responsive, and interactive web applications using React.js, supported by backend services developed with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. If you have an eye for design and can transform mockups into seamless, user-friendly applications — we’d love to meet you.

• Develop high-performance, user-friendly, and responsive front-end interfaces using React.js

• Convert Figma/XD/Sketch mockups into reusable, pixel-perfect components

• Build and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js

• Integrate RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous data operations using Axios/Fetch

• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and fellow developers

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and adherence to WCAG accessibility standards

• Maintain code quality through proper version control, testing, reviews, and documentation

• Stay updated with the latest trends, libraries, and best practices in modern web development
