∎ PRO level communication skills in English.
∎ Good score in IELTS will be an added advantage.
∎ Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
∎ Sound to adapt situation & proper body language.
∎ Should have sound personality to lead the team as well as a good team member.
∎ Should have ability to accomplish the assigned work individually with creativity.

∎ Lead the team for the smooth flow of full operation from development to shipment.
∎ Must have vast experience in Denim Merchandising for US & EU top retailers/customers.
∎ Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives.
∎ Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges accordingly.
∎ Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and timescales.
∎ Maximize customer interest and sales levels by developing new styles & very timely responses to the customer queries.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in consumption, costing & procurements.
∎ Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with vendors for the best quality trims/accessories support.
∎ Frequent visit to factory for development & production follow up, various meeting & quality inspection.
∎ Maintaining development & shipment data with all relevant & required information.
∎ Remain up to date with industry’s best practices.
∎ Any other works as assigned by management & as of self-responsibility from occupied position.
