∎ Age 35 to 42 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze design pack of buyer and set specification of products
∎ Source yarn, trims and accessories for development
∎ Ensure on time sample development and submit to buyer to get costing request
∎ Prepare pre costing based on weight sheet, SMV sheet and material pricing
∎ Communicate initial costing to buyer and negotiate to meet target price and take confirmation by Pre-CCR (Contract confirmation report)
∎ Communicate factory about order confirmation and provide critical path as well as update those to acceller
∎ Take approval and comments on buying sample to update in Next Interactive System and submit base sample for approval
∎ Send style confirmation sheet to get packing and presentation from buyer
∎ ENsure fit comments on buying sample to proceed black seal sample
∎ Place booking for yarn, fabric, trims & accessories as well as ensure on-time material in-house
∎ Hand-over the production file to the factory production team for smooth production
∎ Collect details production plan and follow up production process accordingly
