Responsibilities & Context:
Esquire Knit Composite is a 100% export oriented garments industry and looking for highly motivated and experienced Merchandisers and Senior Merchandisers (Knit) to join the Esquire Knit Composite PLC family.
If you have a passion for textile engineering, strong expertise in knit garments production, and the drive to excel in a dynamic environment, you should apply right now.
Manage regular orders and production coordination between the buying house and factory to ensure smooth execution.
Formulate and implement marketing and merchandising policies aligned with company goals.
Coordinate, supervise, and monitor the activities of junior merchandisers and support staff.
Prepare consumption, costing, and pricing of samples and bulk orders.
Maintain continuous communication with buyers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure alignment on requirements and timelines.
Conduct sourcing of fabrics, trims, and accessories as per buyer specifications and quality standards.
Review cost packages, purchase orders, and other documents for accuracy and compliance with buyer terms.
Track production and delivery status closely and ensure timely submission of samples and shipment of goods.
Work proactively to resolve issues related to quality, lead time, or materials to maintain buyer satisfaction.
Support management in developing new business opportunities through strong buyer relations and market awareness.
