Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up Order(Development to Shipment) as per buyer requirement
∎ Source Materials & develop as per buyer requirement
∎ Communicate with suppliers for arrange shipment on time
∎ Check production plan if have any issue accordingly update to Merchandising Manager
∎ Communicate with Commercial Dept./ H/office for open LC on time & TT payment on time
∎ Push to Suppliers to send original doc's to our bank for clearing purpose on time
∎ Check Materials inspection report for if any shortage /quality issue & up dated to suppliers for replacement
∎ Check shipping doc's carefully before arrange payment
∎ Ensure costing for new inquiry
∎ Follow up Portal
∎ Negotiate Price with buyer as per Director Sir Advice
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge in MS Office
∎ Excellent verbal & written communication skill
∎ Costing Knowledge
∎ Deadline Oriented
