Experience:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, and lingerie construction.

• Knowledge of T&A, ERP systems, and documentation processes.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Documents accuracy:

• According to bulk order and customer manual, prepare all related documents including SO BOM, Size BD,packing instruction etc, check and ensure 100% documents accuracy.

• Work proactively and verify the information with internal cross-function teams and customer to ensure correctly

Production Follow Up:

• Follow up production issues and be the coordinator to solve the issue immediately to avoid any production interval

• Work independently with CM internal and customer for any call out and reporting to make sure on-time delivery without claim.

• Handle initial, inline, final inspection booking with customer’s QA/QC to ensure no shipment delay or claims from customers

• Finalize over/short shipment quantity with related people

Monitoring & Reporting:

• Monitor daily work of each team member to meet requested deadline from related departments

• Monthly reporting responsible for certain part of Merchandising team operations

• Strengthen & build qualified team

• Other Works assigned by team leader and manager.
