Additional Requirements:
Must be well-versed in Microsoft Excel, email communication, and costing·
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time-management skills·
Ability to work under pressure with a deadline-oriented mindset·
Good command in English (both written and verbal)
Responsibilities & Context:
Handle woven garments (tops & bottoms) merchandising independently from development to shipment.
Communicate with buyers on order status, sample approvals, and daily follow-ups.
Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure timely execution.
Follow up on raw material bookings, sourcing, costing, and supplier management.
Prepare and maintain all relevant documentation (T&A, costing sheet, PO tracker, etc.).
Work closely with QA & commercial team for smooth shipment and compliance with buyer requirements.
