∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Technology, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Textile Technology, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Textile Technology
∎ Skills Required: Buyer Handling, Computer literacy, Coordination, Creative Thinking, creativity, Garments Textile
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Buyer Handling, Buying House, Garments Textile, jacket, Merchandising, Negotiation Skills, On Time Shipment, woven
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge in Jacket products (padded, non-padded, real/fake down jacket, soft-shell and other woven jackets etc) and outerwear etc.
∎ Costing exercise with factory, product development, price negotiation
∎ Interacting with the buyers directly
∎ Implementing new concepts & techniques to ensure high efficiency & smooth process flow.
∎ Able to handle several styles at a time independently
∎ Proper execution of sampling according to planned 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on time submission with right quality and quantity
∎ Determine appropriate price quotations so that the company can ensure sales orders and maintain profitability
∎ Should have sound knowledge of costing, products, fabrics, Fashionable Wash, accessories, trims, fashion trends etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Sound knowledge in Jacket products (padded, non-padded, real/fake down jacket, soft-shell and other woven jackets etc) and outerwear etc.
∎ Understand spec, tech file and fit etc.
∎ Sound knowledge in product development on the basis of tech pack, sketch, sample etc.
∎ Sound knowledge in fabrics, accessories, trims, fashion trends, fashionable wash (if necessary), etc.
∎ Candidates working in Buying House, Brands and Jacket factory will get preference.
∎ Good knowledge on this industry
∎ Has to be up to date with the current state of this industries
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong creative vision
∎ Applicant should be self -motivated & honest;
∎ Ability to handle workload and manage multiple tasks at a time under stressed environment.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary will review after successfully completion of 1 year and depends on strictly performance basis.
