- Ability to work under pressure as well as in Factory.

Responsibilities & Context:
- Follow up an order from product development to shipment.
- Responsible for accompanying buyers on visits to manufacturers to appreciate production processes.
- Meet with suppliers and manage the distribution of stock, possibly negotiating cost prices with suppliers.
- Understands the strategic business requirement of the organization and suggests new capability building based on market intelligence.
- Achievement of Customer satisfaction, proper production planning to achieve the targeted production and on time shipping the goods.
- Determine appropriate price quotations so that the company can ensure sales.
- To make costing, TNA, Sourcing of trims & accessories, & fabric.
- Carry out quality assurance program on supplier and production units and take necessary initiative to avoid quality failure in the initial level of operations.
- Setting KPI for the department as well as on time shipment plan also.
- Coordinate & communicate with other departments for various inter departmental activities.
- Identify production and supply difficulties and deal with them as and when they occur.
- Implementing new concepts & techniques to ensure high efficiency & smooth process flow.
