Garment Costing and Pricing.
Strong organizational and decision making skills.
End to End knowledge on Garment execution.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Commercial awareness.
Responsibilities & Context:
Product Assortment: Collaborate with the design and product development teams to curate a compelling assortment of apparel products that align with brand positioning, customer preferences, and market trends.
Merchandising Strategy: Develop and execute merchandising plans for ensuring optimal product presentation, assortment, and placement to drive sales.
Analyzing sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs
Collaborating with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales
Planning and developing merchandising strategies.
Liaising between customer and company.
Forecasting sales and profits.
Managing budgets.
ERP System knowledge and the Bulk execution Knowledge.
