Skills Required: Good communication skills in both English and Bangla,Knowledge of both Knit and Woven garment manufacturing,Production Management (Knitting & Weaving)

Responsibilities & Context:
Product Development & Sampling
- Coordinate with buyers to understand product requirements and specifications.
- Develop product samples according to buyer’s design, quality, and timeline.
- Ensure sample approval before starting bulk production
Order Management
- Receive and confirm orders from buyers.
- Prepare costing, pricing, and production schedules.
- Follow up with the factory for order execution and shipment deadlines.
Communication & Coordination
- Maintain regular communication between buyers, suppliers, and production teams.
- Update buyers on order status, shipment plans, and any issues.
- Handle correspondence related to fabric, trims, accessories, and approvals.
Production Follow-Up
- Monitor production processes to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
- Solve production-related issues in coordination with factory and quality teams.
- Conduct inspections or arrange buyer inspections before shipment.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure the final product meets buyer’s quality standards.
- Coordinate testing, labeling, and packaging according to buyer’s requirements.
Logistics & Shipment
- Prepare export documents and coordinate with the logistics department.
- Ensure timely shipment and delivery of goods.
Market & Trend Analysis
- Stay updated on fashion trends, fabric innovations, and market demands.
- Suggest new product ideas to buyers or management.
Costing & Negotiation
- Calculate cost of garments and negotiate prices with buyers or suppliers.
- Control production cost without compromising on quality.
