∎ Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a buying house or denim-focused merchandising role.
∎ Good understanding of denim fabrics, washes, trims, and styles.
∎ Strong follow-up and communication skills (English & Bengali).
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
∎ Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Knowledge of production processes and quality standards is an added advantage.

∎ Coordinate with vendors, fabric mills, and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
∎ Prepare and maintain Time & Action (TNA) calendars.
∎ Monitor product development, approvals, production, and quality control.
∎ Assist in cost negotiation, order booking, and sourcing.
∎ Maintain documentation and records related to orders and shipments.
∎ Track market trends in denim and support showroom display strategies.
∎ Job Summary
∎ We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Merchandiser to manage sourcing, order follow-up, and buyer communication in our denim-based buying house and showroom. If you’re passionate about denim, trend-aware, and have strong follow-up skills — we want to hear from you.
