∎ 3+ years in a senior leadership position.
∎ Profound knowledge of the denim/textile supply chain in Bangladesh.
∎ Demonstrated business development and negotiation expertise.
∎ Strong leadership, team-building, and organizational skills.
∎ Excellent communication in English and Bengali.

∎ Drive overall business strategy, growth, and profitability of the denim/ boutique showroom and buying house.
∎ Lead sourcing, merchandising, production, quality, and showroom teams.
∎ Build relationships with local/international buyers, manufacturers, and suppliers.
∎ Analyze market trends to refine product offerings and pricing strategies.
∎ Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance per buyer requirements.
∎ Oversee budgeting, cost control, and performance metrics.
∎ Represent the company in negotiations, trade shows, and buyer visits.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical business practices.
∎ Position Overview
∎ We are seeking an accomplished Business Head to lead and grow our showroom and buying house operations across domestic and international markets.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Drive overall business strategy, growth, and profitability of the denim/ boutique showroom and buying house.
