One of the leading Company of Bangladesh, which is reached by Amfori BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ISO-9001, ISO-1401, ISO-45001, GOTS, OCS etc. Certificates & many others CoC of Buyers. We are running 75 Sewing lines with 33 tons Knitting & 35 tons Dyeing capacity under the Green Environment by continuing the sustainability. Job Description:

• Lead overseas marketing, business development, and execution merchandising to drive sustainable growth and client satisfaction.

• Supervise end-to-end merchandising operations for seamless products—from product development, sampling, and pricing to bulk production and shipment—ensuring strict adherence to buyer requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

• Develop sales and merchandising strategies, analyze market data, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.

• Handle costing and production planning with strong technical expertise in seamless garments.

• Ensure year-round line bookings and manage production flow to meet buyer demands.

• Maintain daily communication with buyers, addressing requirements, updates, and issue resolution promptly.

• Oversee production plans, shipment schedules, and adherence to the Time and Action Calendar. Identify opportunities to improve lead times, efficiency, and profitability.

• Prepare and present operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) to senior management. Drive new business development by identifying and engaging new buyers and markets.

• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and customer preferences to maintain competitiveness.

• Supervise and mentor the merchandising team, ensuring smooth execution of product development, sampling, lab dips, and order fulfillment.
