• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

• Candidate should have experience in handling Next, CTC & Walmart buyers will be preferable;

• Follow up on the sample development and process to obtain sample approval in time to meet the production plan.
• Overall Merchandising and Capable of working in a team.
• Must have working experience in Order Entry, Pre-costing, and fabric booking in ERP software.
• Work collaboratively with both the bulk and development parts.
• Other merchandising activities assigned by the superior.
• Provide advice on design and samples to meet customers' requirements.
• Follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment moves on time.
• Preparation and follow-up of a time action plan to confirm on-time delivery of raw materials to the production unit to keep pace with the production plan in each unit and each line.
