Job Context:
∎ Probation Period - 6 months
∎ Job Location : Factory (Gazipur)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proactive involvement in handling all merchandising-related functions independently as well as working in close conjunction with Fashion design team members.
∎ Engaging in style-wise critical path analysis, Scheduling, and supervising time & action plans in a synchronized manner for ensuring timely closure of development approvals & raw material in-house and on-time delivery.
∎ Engaging in daily interactions with Commercial, sourcing department for following up on procurement-related activities with regard to raw materials.
∎ Analyze production data, including volume of production, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures and increase productivity.
∎ Must have experienced in garments buying a house to work with factory and buyer independently.
∎ Leading teams and timely reporting to top management about every update on time.
∎ Should have good knowledge about the materials & Procurement.
∎ Can do a lot of fieldwork and get the job done.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in handling world class buyers.
∎ Minimum 5 years experience in similar position is required.
∎ Strong communication skills in English.
