∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments Accessories, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experienced in T-shirt production with large volume for at least 3-5 years experience in multinational setting. Demonstrated competence in quality assurance and quality control system for large scale T-shirt manufacturer.
∎ Experience working in 100% foreign owned T-shirt manufacturer handling foreign buyer quality inspectors and experience in handling global brands such as GAP, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Uniqlo, Ann Taylor, JJill, A&F, etc.
∎ Pro-actively assist in the operational activities in production follow up, fabric development, sample development, etc.
∎ Effective communication and coordination of product requirement to all concerned department/section.
∎ Complete the necessary documentations, filing and reportorial requirements in timely basis.
∎ Review and follow up QC files and other documentations per buyer per style. Ensure completeness of style QC documentation at all times.
∎ Initiate to identify quality defects from production processes in accordance with buyer requirements on styling, hand-feel, folding, packing, etc.
∎ Assist in any merchandising activities
