Proper knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Power point.
Responsibilities & Context:
Provide regular updates on order status and inquiries.
Ensure the correct and timely submission of samples for confirmed orders and new developments.
Supervise sample house activities and maintain quality standards.
Coordinate with production, quality, and commercial departments to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor daily production activities and address any issues promptly.
Maintain strong communication with buyers to provide updates on production status, quality checks, and delivery schedules·
Monitor inventory levels, order quantities, and ensure materials availability for production.·
Prepare Time and action plan (TNA) and also sourcing plan with execution.
Ensure smooth communication with customers and suppliers on day-to-day merchandising activities and approvals.
Any Other responsibility assigned by the Management
