Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, develop, and manage product assortments based on OTB
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product sourcing, sampling, and pricing.
Analyze sales performance and market trends to develop effective merchandising strategies.
Ensure product quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
Monitor stock levels and work with retail teams to optimize inventory and sell-through.
Assist in new product development and seasonal range planning.
Maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
