• Diploma in Architecture/ Civil/ Mechanical Engineering is necessary from reputed public university.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in fire safety Construction/Coordination.
• Strong communication and written skills both in Bengali and English.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Should be proficient with drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup etc. 
• Proficient computer skills such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Salary: Negotiable based on experience.

Job Title: MEP Draftsman, Engineering Department

Job Description/Role

• Preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, drainage, fire detection and alarm system, firefighting systems. This includes creating working plans, detail drawings, schematic diagrams, and equipment installation details.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and other drawings to prepare preliminary layouts and installation plans. 
• Making changes to drawings based on engineering markups. 
• Ensuring that finished drawings meet quality standards.
• Communicating with engineers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and verify design details. 
• Preparing progress reports and project timesheets.
• Using drafting packages and software to complete drawings. 
• Should also have knowledge of engineering practices, mathematics, building materials, and other physical sciences. 
• Maintain good relationships with co-workers, vendors, subcontractors, owners, engineers and architects.
