Job Context:
∎ Chemonics International, Inc., a U.S.-based international development consulting firm, is seeking qualified monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) professionals for multiple positions on an anticipated USAID-funded activity that will support higher secondary education in Bangladesh.
∎ These positions will be based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world.
∎ Employment Status: Full-time employee with benefits.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Chemonics seeks the following professionals for the activity:
∎ An entry/mid-level research specialist assistant with a minimum of two/three years of relevant experience supporting research and/or MEL activities for a USAID or other donor-funded program. Reporting to the MEL manager, the research specialist will contribute to design and selection of research approaches; will coordinate data collection and analysis processes; will provide quality control and oversight for MEL and research products. The research specialist should be familiar with currently used qualitative and quantitative research and M&E tools and approaches.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience in relevant field(s) (see job responsibilities section).
∎ Experience working with USAID, or another international donor is preferred.
∎ Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity.
∎ Advanced proficiency in English is required, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
