Job Context:
∎ Chemonics International, Inc., a U.S.-based international development consulting firm, is seeking qualified monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) professionals for multiple positions on an anticipated USAID-funded activity that will support higher secondary education in Bangladesh.
∎ These positions will be based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world.
∎ Employment Status: Full-time employee with benefits.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Chemonics seeks the following professionals for the activity:
∎ A mid/senior-level MEL specialist with minimum of five years of relevant monitoring and evaluation experience, preferably working with USAID or other international donor-funded projects. Successful candidates will have experience managing the development and implementation of the activity's MEL framework, ensuring the collection of reliable data, and the use of evidence-based practices and M&E approaches. Candidates will also have experience leading and coordinating research, including design, data collection, analysis, and reporting, to generate evidence and insights, trends, and best practices. Candidates should be familiar with current M&E and research best practices; have experience with qualitative and quantitative M&E and research methodologies; demonstrate the ability to obtain, organize, and draft clear and concise reports; be able to analyze and evaluate data and reports and explain findings to diverse audiences; and will be expected to provide significant contributions to project deliverables.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience in relevant field(s) (see job responsibilities section).
∎ Experience working with USAID, or another international donor is preferred.
∎ Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity.
∎ Advanced proficiency in English is required, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
