• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Medical Technology (Laboratory)
• Diploma in Medical Technology

• 2 to 4 years

• Age 28 to 35 years

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in reputed Hospital laboratory management.
• Strong knowledge of hematology, Histropath, biochemistry, microbiology & immunology
• Skilled in handling laboratory equipment & analyzers
• Understanding of quality control & biosafety protocols
• Ability to prepare accurate reports & documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & LIS (preferred)
• Strong communication & teamwork skills
• Computer Knowledge for report produce/ Delivery.
• Good understanding of laboratory safety and ethical guidelines.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure hospital environment.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving and teamwork capabilities.

Job Description:

• Perform diagnostic tests in hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, immunology, Histropathology and other laboratory sections.
• Ensure proper sample collection, labeling, processing, and storage following biosafety standards.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and analyzers, ensuring proper calibration and troubleshooting.
• Conduct daily quality control checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Assist physicians by delivering timely and accurate diagnostic reports.
• Maintain laboratory records, reports, and documentation using MS Word/Excel and LIS.
• Follow infection control, biosafety, and hospital protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
• Support senior technologists and laboratory in-charge in daily workflow management.
• Handle emergency diagnostic services and provide support during critical patient cases.
• Participate in continuous training, research, and skill development programs.
