Job Description:

• Provide round-the-clock medical care to inpatients in Indoor, ICU, CCU, NICU, and Emergency departments.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic interpretations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans as per hospital protocols.
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions, coordinating with specialists when required.
• Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures (e.g., wound care, suturing, minor surgical interventions).
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies, ensuring immediate stabilization of patients.
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding conditions, treatment, and preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with hospital standards.
• Participate in medical rounds, case discussions, and team meetings.
• Stay updated with recent medical advancements and continuing education.
• Support and supervise junior medical staff, interns, and medical students.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives.
