Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS degree from recognized Medical College. USG degree or PGT will be counted as added competence.
∎ BM&DC Registration certificate.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To act as a leading person of the clinic, planning, design and implement of all health-related activities.
∎ To provide regular consultation, proper diagnosis, treatment and referral of patient.
∎ To supervise and monitor all the clinical activities including dental, eye and reproductive health, lab and pharmacy.
∎ Developing Action plan of school visit for eye and dental screening in each month.
∎ Managing and facilitating the activities of regular primary & secondary health care, Lab service and others in Friendship Health clinic, Hatiya.
∎ Collaboration and Co-ordination with GO, NGO, Community leaders, school committee and Private sector for increasing patient number.
∎ Responsible for checking monthly requisitions before sending to head office.
∎ Teambuilding & fostering the team effort.
∎ To analysis everyday clinic performance and discuss the outcomes with the team. As a member of the team, work should be done in coordination with colleagues to ensure high quality support to the projects for increasing patient number to reach the target.
∎ Any work set within the reason and means by the authority of the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ More than 3 years of relevant experience. (experience in clinical side, specially NGO and Community Clinic management and operation is encouraged)
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Excellent computer skills.
∎ Excellent in English language skills.
∎ High commitment & motivation to work in remote places.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
