∎ HSC/Diploma
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform engineering support activities in the Factory, including Repair/ Maintenance of electro mechanical equipment.
∎ Responsible to operation & maintenance of all equipment's & machinery (Fusing Machine, Fabric Inspection Machine, Needle Detector Machine, Washing Machine, Iron line, Sewing Line setup, Dryer Machine) including Generators, Compressor, Fire protection & detection system, AC, Fan, ETP, Boiler, Chiller Other Machinery related with manufacture.
∎ Responsible to ensure optimum utilization of energy (Water, Power, air, steam, gas, etc) and measure units of utilities outsourced, produced, utilized and waste through monthly reporting.
∎ Arrange providing technical support for all equipment to ensure proper functioning and protection against equipment failure.
∎ Supervise diagnosis of faults and arranging repair of equipment/machinery.
∎ Coordinate response to any breakdown maintenance at the earliest possible time.
∎ Supervise and monitor the engineering and technical staff.
∎ Supervise & managing stocks of spare parts of all machinery.
∎ Estimation, Requisition placement and co-ordinate with the procurement department for the required materials.
∎ Responsible for taking care of the tools provided by the company for performing the work.
