∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all the Mechanical rooms and pools including water treatment equipment (Pumps, Filters, Blowers, Wave machines, UV sterilizers) to ensure regulatory compliance and guest safety.
∎ Carry out periodic all the preventive/proactive maintenance of the attractions
∎ Follow up the pre- and post-operational procedures and develop operation and water quality guidelines to the facility.
∎ Develop maintenance manuals, checklists, SOPs and review annually.
∎ Troubleshoot the issues in wet and dry attractions and carry out the other assignment.
∎ Conduct the purchasing, Installation, and commission of wet & dry rides.
∎ Conduct risk assessment, and third-party Engineer's inspection/audits and calibrations.
∎ Conduct staff training according as and when required.
∎ Execute the operations adhere to the government compliance, local regulation & standards, and safety audits.
∎ Implement comprehensive maintenance plans for the entire facility and formulated rigorous emergency action plans.
∎ Execute the installation of a sensor system to enhance the safety level of attractions.
∎ Augment the availability of spare parts to reduce the repair frequency & maintenance lead time and categorized the asset classification.
∎ train staff under operational mechanical standards
∎ Responsible for the Selection, safe Commissioning, maintenance, repair or replacement of equipment and system, to ensure most cost effective and safe operation, while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the company.
∎ Initiates, implements and manages the maintenance program based on the best practices in the industry, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance.
∎ Establish and maintains a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts and maintenance history of plant equipment.
∎ Ensure maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner.
∎ Assist with HR for hiring of maintenance professionals and conducting Employee performance reviews based on the JD to determine competency, knowledge and contribution of the maintenance crews.
