∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering

∎ Skills Required: Industrial production

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Industrial production, Production planning, Production Process
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle independently of Mechanical section of Agro & General Machinery plant.
∎ Able to prepare strategic planning for implementation and run the department smoothly.
∎ Able to plan, strategize and execute product designs and activities to contribute strong brand presence in the market.
∎ Maintain optimum inventory level of all the farm machineries and spare brand.
∎ Coordinate with outside agencies for design & development of new product development issues related to the business.
∎ Ensure Mechanical maintenance of the plant with regular maintenance schedule.
∎ Troubleshot machineries within short time for smooth production.
∎ Take immediate actions in a breakdown situation.
∎ Ensure proper coordination with between related stakeholder.
∎ Prepare forecast and budget for different maintenance activities

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the related fields (Farm Machineries Production) will be given Priority..
∎ Self Motivated.
∎ Positive attitude.
∎ Organized & Discipline.
∎ Must have knowledge in MS Office
∎ Good knowledge on Material & Designing.
