Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced Mechanical engineer to lead and oversee the work of feed mill establishment and machine installation in our company situated in Bangladesh. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of machine installation and machine operation as well as setting strategic goals for the future.
∎ The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all matters of production and mechanical function. They will be a competent leader able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the company`s vision and culture.
∎ The goal will be to ensure the profitability of our company`s activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make engineering drawing for installation of machine
∎ Act as a team supervisor to ensure machines are installation properly
∎ Fixing, servicing, aligning, setting up, adjusting, and testing machines, devices, moving parts, and equipment that operate primarily on the basis of mechanical principles.
∎ Ensure to maximize output of the machine
∎ Inspecting or diagnosing equipment, structures, or materials to identify the causes of errors or other problems or defects.
∎ Prepare and maintain work tools and equipment and keep them safe.
∎ Monitor the work control panel and fix any technical problems.
∎ Monitor power generators perform required maintenance functions.
∎ Installation, testing and maintenance of electrical or electronic wires, equipment, devices, appliances and installations, using hand tools and power tools.
∎ Monitor the efficiency of machinery and equipment at work.
∎ Using either control mechanisms or direct physical activity to operate machines or processes.
∎ Monitoring and reviewing information from materials, events, or the environment, often to detect problems or to find out when things are finished.
∎ Follow safety and security procedures.
∎ Receive the required spare parts for machinery and equipment from warehouse management.
∎ Make maintenance requests in case of emergency or accident.
∎ Communicating with relevant department or section for production planning and inventory control.
∎ Providing information to supervisors, fellow workers, and subordinates.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Complete Knowledge of feed mill machines and tools, including their designs, uses, benefits, repair, and maintenance.
∎ Knowledge and prediction of physical principles, laws, and applications including air, water, material dynamics, light, atomic principles, heat, electric theory, earth formations, and meteorological and related natural phenomena.
∎ Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings
∎ Patience and ability to remain calm in stressful situations
∎ Good attention to detail
∎ Willing to travel as per requirement
∎ Good Communication Skill in English.
∎ Must have good IT skill.
