Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly report both for RDRS internal reporting and donor reporting;
∎ Participate in coordination meetings and produce meeting minutes and disseminate information;
∎ Ensure service mapping update and any other rapid assessments as may be required;
∎ Ensure monitoring and evaluation system development to include indicators, tools, method of data collection and analysis;
∎ Select and rain volunteers (enumerators) for data collection;
∎ Visit field to gather information, analysis data and to prepare reports;
∎ Ensure timely and correctly reporting of all activities;
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the PM;
∎ Develop an information management system including identifying existing gaps, ways and tools for information gathering, data entry, storage and data analysis techniques;
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident take place, encourage others to do so.
