Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-Graduation, preferably in Statistics or any other relevant discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly work plans for monitoring the program.
∎ Developing monitoring tools for project monitoring
∎ Technical support to participatory monitoring and result monitoring,
∎ Monitor the project activities as per plan
∎ Analysis of identified data and information in line with indicator,
∎ Preparing monitoring report with recommendations.
∎ Organizing project impact review.
∎ Making follow-up visits to the project area in order to facilitate and monitor the program activities.
∎ Validating data and follow-up on identified issues through monitoring.
∎ Consolidate monthly and quarterly field reports.
∎ Assisting Project Coordinator to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual activity reports.
∎ Ensuring necessary support to project staff in monitoring project activities.
∎ Preparing communication materials.
∎ Keeping necessary records and documents of the project.
∎ Perform any other duties/responsibilities assigned by the concerned authority.
∎ Timely Communicate with monitoring person in Cox’s Bazar and assist to verities report compilation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ At least 6 years experience in the relevant field
∎ Minimum six years working experience in NGOs or other Development Organizations.
∎ Minimum 3 years experience in monitoring and evaluation section and have working experience in the education program.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Knowledge of the local language will be an asset.
∎ Basic computer skills in MS Office.
∎ Having a valid motor cycle driving license
Salary:
∎ Tk. 63,850 per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
