Job Context:
∎ Name of Project: SHOUHARDO III Program
∎ Job Location: Project area Sirajgonj district.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist TO-M&E in staff development, training and other services
∎ Development and implementation of different monitoring tools
∎ Develop PEP database and update the same on regular basis
∎ Document significant accomplishment of program activities, like- case studies and others
∎ Assist TO-M&E in developing annual and quarterly activity plan
∎ Prepare monthly implementation plan of activities related with monitoring with detailed annual activity plan in accordance with budget
∎ Guide FF/CD/ATFs in collecting regular field information following MIS
∎ Make coordination TOs, FFs and CDOs in execution the program activities including training and others
∎ Share the monitoring feed-backs with TO-M&E and other staffs
∎ Coordinate to develop and maintain congenial atmosphere/team building within the program
∎ Develop and maintain working relationships with local administration, UDMCs and concerned GOB/NGO departments and other stakeholders
∎ Make linkage with CARE RO, Sirajgonj
∎ Monitoring day to day progress of activities at field level
∎ Collect monitoring information, analyze and compile data on regular basis following MIS
∎ Prepare case studies on success stories and document program activities
∎ Assist TO-M&E in compiling MIS
∎ Assist TO-M&E in preparing monthly, quarterly, annual progress reports
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ poor and extreme poor people
∎ Proven competencies to work with MS-word/Excel,
∎ Should have valid motorcycle driving license
∎ 3 years experience in M&E in any reputed NGO/INGO.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 26,700 and other project benefits(Salary will be negotiable for Highly qualified candidates)
