• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Material Planning roles.

• Strong analytical, planning & coordination skills with sound knowledge of SCM.

• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems for effective material tracking and planning.

• Strategic RM Planning & Forecasting: Plan and ensure the timely availability of raw materials, Production & Distribution for current and upcoming models by aligning with production forecasts and coordinating with cross-functional Departments.

• Inventory & Sourcing Alignment: Maintain optimal RM levels using safety stock and reorder points; coordinate with Sourcing & PM to match vendor deliveries with production needs.

• System Control & Risk Mitigation: Check Product Plan Wise BOM and RM data in ERP; analyze trends and variances to identify and mitigate supply risks.

• Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting: Collaborate across departments to resolve RM issues and provide timely reports on material status and risks for strategic decisions.
