Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in implementing training methodologies. Experience of P.A.C.E. and certification as Master Trainer will be an added advantage and preferred.
∎ Ability to perform well under pressure.
∎ Good interpersonal communication skills
∎ Experience of training in large scale training programs
∎ Strong training facilitation skills
∎ Good communication skill in both verbal and written in Bangla and English
∎ Strong understanding on Gender.
∎ Experience of work with impact groups such garment workers and informal sector workers
