∎ Oversee daily kitchen operations
∎ Design and create innovative menus
∎ Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
∎ Manage and train kitchen staff
∎ Monitor and control stock levels and supply orders
∎ Maintain kitchen health and safety standards
∎ Collaborate with restaurant management to enhance the dining experience
∎ Direct food preparation and culinary activities
∎ Cook Type: Indian, Thai and Continental etc.
∎ Duty time: 8 to 10 Hours.
∎ Job Location: Banani. (Residential Hotel).
