∎ Proven success in bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, 99designs, Truelancer, FlexJobs etc.
∎ Proven experience in bidding and successfully winning projects worth more than $1,000 on freelancing platforms.
∎ Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
∎ Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
∎ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Client-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport.
∎ Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ You MUST have least 2 years experience in bidding & winning projects in any freelancing platform like Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, Guru or any other similar marketplace.
∎ Candidate should have experience in cold email marketing.
∎ You will be the first point of contact in securing new work opportunities and ensuring smooth communication with clients.
∎ Search and identify relevant projects across freelancing platforms.
∎ Write customized, persuasive proposals to win bids.
∎ Communicate professionally with potential clients to understand their needs.
∎ Coordinate with our internal team to align client expectations with deliverables and timelines.
∎ Maintain a pipeline of active leads and manage follow-ups to ensure client conversion.
∎ Track bidding performance and continuously improve strategies.
