Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Print on Demand (POD) Specialist to manage and grow our POD product lines across multiple platforms. This role is essential for scaling our eCommerce and merchandising operations through custom-designed products, including apparel, accessories, home decor, and digital merchandise.
∎
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ • Product Development & Listing
∎ o Research trending POD products and niches.
∎ o Create and upload product listings with high-converting titles, descriptions, and keywords.
∎ o Coordinate with design and content teams to develop original artwork and product mockups.
∎ • Platform Management
∎ o Operate and optimize stores on POD platforms like Printful, Printify, Gelato, TeeSpring, Redbubble, Etsy, Shopify, GearLaunch, etc.
∎ o Monitor platform analytics and sales reports to optimize performance and conversion.
∎ • Order Fulfillment & Customer Support
∎ o Track and manage order processing, shipping, and delivery timelines.
∎ o Liaise with suppliers to resolve order-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ • Marketing & Optimization
∎ o Collaborate with digital marketing and social media teams to run campaigns for POD products.
∎ o Conduct A/B testing of product pages and ads to improve engagement and sales.
∎ o Analyze trends and customer data to inform future product and marketing strategies.

∎ Educational Requirements:
∎ • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Graphic Design, or a related field.
∎ • Diploma or certifications in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or POD platforms (e.g., Shopify, Printful Academy) will be considered a plus.
∎ • Candidates with relevant experience but different academic backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.

∎ Qualifications:
∎ • Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in managing Print on Demand platforms or related eCommerce operations.
∎ • Strong understanding of POD supply chains, fulfillment logistics, and customer lifecycle.
∎ • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Printful, Printify, Shopify, Etsy, Amazon Merch, etc.
∎ • Basic design skills in tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.
∎ • Knowledge of SEO, eCommerce product listing best practices, and keyword tools.
∎ • Familiarity with paid ads, social media promotions, and affiliate marketing strategies is an advantage.
