∎ Experience in software sales, marketing, or client support is preferred.Strong knowledge of ERP, HRM, and other software solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bangla and English.Ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Google Drive.Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media marketing is a plus.Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote software products.
∎ Identify and engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
∎ Provide technical support and assist clients with software-related queries.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
∎ Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers.
∎ Work on digital marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and SEO activities.
∎ Assist in troubleshooting software issues and providing effective solutions.
∎ Coordinate with the development team to ensure smooth client support.
∎ Prepare and present sales reports and marketing performance analysis.
∎ Follow up with clients for renewals, upgrades, and feedback.
