Job Context: Responsible for promoting hospital/consultancy services both online (social media, digital campaigns) and offline (field visits, local promotions).
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Promotion
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Plan and manage promotional activities to increase patient footfall and brand awareness.
Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to align messaging with hospital services.
Design patient education materials and promotional content.
Represent the hospital at external events, expos, and networking opportunities.
Online Marketing Duties
Manage hospital’s social media platforms, ensuring consistent, engaging content.
Run targeted ad campaigns on Facebook, Google, and other relevant platforms.
Optimize website content for SEO and user experience.
Track digital analytics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and prepare performance reports.
Offline Marketing Duties
Organize health camps, seminars, and community outreach programs.
Coordinate print advertising, brochures, banners, and local media placements.
Build relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and local influencers.
Supervise branding materials across hospital premises for consistency and impact.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain a marketing calendar and budget tracker.
Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance and ROI.
Liaise with vendors, designers, and agencies for timely execution of campaigns.
