Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Post Graduation from reputed University is preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To sell Tractor, Rotavator, Powertiller, Harvester, Reaper and other agricultural products.
∎ Doing sales and marketing activity in the prospects areas.
∎ Generating tractor sales as per monthly, quarterly and annual target.
∎ Ensure Delivery and after sales service.
∎ Credit recovery plan of product sold and maintain good relation with customer.
∎ Maintain strong knowledge base about Tractor/Power tiller/Rotavator/Diesel Engine/Combine Harvester/Reaper/ Trans planter.
∎ Explore new markets to contribute in sales increase.
∎ Collecting data from field for product and business development.
∎ Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience on agricultural products' sales/marketing minimum 02-03 years.
∎ Graduation/Post Graduation from reputed University is preferable.
∎ Motorcycle Driving License
∎ The candidate should be smart, energetic and polite manner.
∎ Dynamic, hardworking & self-motivated with sound physical and mental health.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure in a Team environment
∎ Determined for long time stay in company.

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 18000 (Monthly)

∎ TA-DA, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
∎ Sales commission/incentive
