Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing Marketing policy and strategy for establishing marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products and/or services.
∎ Researching, analyzing, and monitoring financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on.
∎ Developing and recommending pricing strategy for the organization which will result in the greatest share of the market over the long run.
∎ Achieving satisfactory profit/loss ratio and share of market performance in relation to pre-set standards and to general and specific trends within the industry and the economy.
∎ Supervising development and execution of Marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services.
∎ Planning for the organization's advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets.
∎ Conducting Public relation activities, health awareness talks, Seminar, Workshops, CMEs.
∎ Supervising and executing sales program to generate new referrals.
∎ Creating and supervising plans to sustain and increase patient referrals.
∎ Creating and supervising plans for Corporate Customer acquiring, retaining and enhancing.
∎ Creating liaisons with outside business associates/agencies, regulatory bodies, media houses and any other stake holders for ACRH business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with prior marketing work experience in Dhanmondi area will get preference.
∎ Must have experience working with B2C, B2B, Corporate client and Event Activation.
∎ Proficient in activity planning and sequencing.
∎ Proficient in Documentation, creating Charts and Schedules.
∎ Managing risks and issues, monitoring and reporting Progress.
Salary: Negotiable
