Responsibilities & Context:
As a Nutritionist at American Wellness Center, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients achieve their health and wellness goals. You will provide one-on-one counseling, develop customized nutrition plans, and offer guidance on lifestyle changes. This position also involves consulting patients over the phone, ensuring they receive continuous support and guidance.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients.
Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans based on individual health needs and goals.
Provide counseling and education to patients on dietary choices, food preparation, and healthy eating habits.
Conduct follow-up consultations to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to nutrition plans.
Consult with patients over the phone, offering advice and answering questions regarding diet and lifestyle.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for patients.
Stay updated on the latest nutritional science and dietary guidelines.
Participate in community outreach and educational programs as needed.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
Other duties as needed by Management
