As a Nutritionist at American Wellness Center, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients achieve their health and wellness goals. You will provide one-on-one counseling, develop customized nutrition plans, and offer guidance on lifestyle changes. This position also involves consulting patients over the phone, ensuring they receive continuous support and guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients.

• Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans based on individual health needs and goals.

• Provide counseling and education to patients on dietary choices, food preparation, and healthy eating habits.

• Conduct follow-up consultations to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to nutrition plans.

• Consult with patients over the phone, offering advice and answering questions regarding diet and lifestyle.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for patients.

• Stay updated on the latest nutritional science and dietary guidelines.

• Participate in community outreach and educational programs as needed.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
