We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caretaker to join our team. The Caretaker will play a crucial role in providing personalized support and assistance to patients during their stay at the clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to holistic health principles, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

• Provide personalized care and support to diabetic patients staying at the clinic.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, medication management, personal hygiene, and mobility assistance.
• Monitor patients` vital signs, blood sugar levels, and overall health status, and report any changes or concerns to the clinical staff promptly.
• Support patients in adhering to their treatment plans, including dietary restrictions, exercise routines, and relaxation techniques.
• Create a nurturing and supportive environment for patients, offering emotional support, companionship, and encouragement throughout their stay.
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care and effective communication regarding patients` needs and progress.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in patient rooms and common areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all residents.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities as required.
• Foster a culture of empathy, respect, and collaboration among patients, staff, and caregivers, promoting a positive and healing atmosphere within the clinic.
