Responsibilities & Context:
Daily Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the outpatient clinic, ensuring facilities are fully operational, clean, and safe.
Patient Flow Optimization: Monitor and manage patient wait times, appointment scheduling, and registration processes to ensure a seamless and efficient patient experience.
Resource Allocation: Coordinate the availability of consultation rooms, medical equipment, and diagnostic tools required by physicians and nurses.
