Responsibilities & Context:
The ideal candidate should have Diploma/Graduate/Masters of Business management (MBM) in Hospitality Management. Must have 3 (Three) years' work experience in similar position. Creating and developing new Thai dishes, as well as maintaining the authenticity of traditional recipes. Preparing a range of Thai dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts, using traditional techniques and recipes. Staying informed about current culinary trends and incorporating them into menu development while maintaining the core Thai flavors, according to Simply Tasty Thai. Other responsibilities as assigned by company.
