Responsibilities & Context:
Radar Security & Logistics Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and responsible Manager to oversee daily security operations, manage field personnel, maintain client relationships, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily security operations and field activities.
Manage and monitor security guards and supervisors.
Maintain effective communication with clients and resolve service-related issues.
Prepare duty rosters, deployment plans, and operational reports.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure discipline among security personnel.
Coordinate recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of security staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Handle emergency situations and provide immediate operational support.
