Job Context:
∎ We are looking for some dynamic, hardworking, energetic candidates for TRACTOR and other Agricultural machineries` sales, collection & recovery. Candidates must be experienced on Marketing/Sales to drive company`s sales in Agricultural Division. Candidates must have the intention/preparation to work anywhere in Bangladesh. They have to always achieve sales target and will have to work under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To sell Tractor, Rotavator, Powertiller, Harvester, Reaper and other agricultural machineries.
∎ Doing sales and marketing activity in the fixed/prospective area.
∎ Collect monthly installment from the customers.
∎ Generating tractor sales as per monthly, quarterly and annual target.
∎ Ensure Delivery and after sales service.
∎ Credit recovery plan of product sold and maintain good relation with customer.
∎ Explore new markets to contribute in sales increase.
∎ Collecting data from field for product and business development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should be smart, energetic and polite manner.
∎ Dynamic, hardworking & self-motivated with sound physical and mental health.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure in a Team environment
∎ Determined for long time stay in company.
∎ Experience on agricultural products' sales/marketing minimum 02-05 years.
∎ Graduation/Post Graduation from reputed University is preferable.
∎ Motorcycle Driving License

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 18000 (Monthly)
