• Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel) and smartphone app usage.

• Special Priority: Candidates who possess their own motorcycle and a valid driving license will be given priority.

Experience Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of practical and proven experience in courier, e- commerce, logistics, or any other field sales position.

• Experience in Merchant Acquisition or Business Development will be considered an additional qualification.

Job Responsibilities

The selected individual will primarily be responsible for the following tasks:

• Merchant Acquisition & Onboarding: Conduct daily groundwork to identify and establish contact with new e-commerce, f-commerce, and other potential businesses. This includes effectively presenting CourrierFast`s service benefits (e.g., fast delivery, Cash on Delivery, easy return process) directly to merchants.

• Platform Training: Onboard new merchants to our platform and provide initial training on service usage.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong personal relationships with every onboarded merchant. Understand their delivery needs and provide the best delivery solution according to their business scale.

• Target Achievement: Achieve specific parcel delivery volume and new merchant acquisition targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

• Market Monitoring: Conduct regular research and data collection on competitors` pricing structures and services.

• Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on work plans and progress towards target achievement for submission to senior management.

• Salary: Negotiable (Best salary structure based on experience and skills)

• Incentives: Specific attractive monthly and quarterly performance commissions/incentives.

• Allowances: Mobile bill, daily travel allowance (TA/DA).
